From the coast to the table
Our seafood is sourced from cold, clean waters and frozen at its best — graded, packed and sent tracked to your door. From the cold store to your kitchen, the journey is short and honest.
Boston lobster, half-shell scallops, clams, sweet shrimp, sea bream and croaker - sent frozen, anywhere in New Zealand.
COLD CHAIN, KEPT SIMPLE
Four bands on the same basket. Every order travels the same way, whether it is bound for Auckland or for Invercargill.
BAND 1 - GRADED
Sorted and graded as it comes off the ice, so nothing sits around in a warm room waiting for a buyer.
BAND 2 - FROZEN FAST
Blast-chilled or plate-frozen within the hour, then held steady all the way through the cold store.
BAND 3 - WRAPPED
Sealed in food-grade wrap with a cold pack, boxed, weighed and labelled before it leaves the building.
BAND 4 - ON THE ROAD
Dispatched frozen and tracked door to door, anywhere in New Zealand, with a delivery window you can plan around.
ON THE BLANKET
Three fish for the weekend: sliced snakehead for the hotpot, a whole croaker to steam, and bream fillets for the pan.
UNDER THE SHADE
Three shellfish counters: a whole lobster, half-shell scallops and clams still in the shell. Pick the one that suits the pan you have in mind tonight.
OFF THE RAIL
Weighed, bagged and labelled before it goes into the freezer, so what arrives is what you ordered.

Ordered the half-shell scallops on a Thursday and they landed in Dunedin on Friday morning, still rock solid. Straight into a hot pan with butter and they were done in three minutes.
The Boston lobster came packed better than anything I have had delivered. No freezer burn, no watery edges, and the shells were still firm enough to make a stock afterwards.
I cook for a household of six, so the 2 kg packs suit us. The bream fillets hold together in the pan and the squid is good straight out of the bag with a bit of chilli.
